Our Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, or exchanges may be granted.

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and within 7–14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated.

Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons.

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
